We offer three delivery services which will be automatically selected depending on the size of your order. Please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch.

Small
Up to 2 working days from dispatch. For small, single-box items, fully tracked from our door to yours.

Standard
Up to 5 working days from dispatch. For larger items, fully tracked throughout.

Large
Up to 5 working days from dispatch. For large climbing frames and other oversized items. Will arrive on a pallet. The courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery slot.

Orders placed before noon are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery timescales are not guaranteed but all orders are fully tracked, so you can monitor progress from the moment we hand over to the courier.
