An inner elastic cord system allows the ergonomic TPR handlebars to be detached and re-attached with ease when storing in confined spaces. A release clamp is located near the top of the T-Bar which allows the scooter to fold. This deluxe edition features a hand-operated rear brake lever, a bell, plus a reflective pattern on the shaft to maximise safety. |
