Build Service
We’ve partnered with Kent Flatpack to offer a product Build Service on selected items. To find out if your chosen product is eligible for our Build Service, with our selected partner, simply look for the Build Service checker on the product page and enter your postcode to check eligibility.
If you are eligible, when you add your product to the cart, enter your postcode and we will calculate the build cost of your item. If you are happy with the cost, simply tick the box to add the Build Service to your order.
After we confirm your order, the Build Team will be in touch within one working day to book a suitable time.
You get a choice of appointment time:
- AM Call 09:00-12:00hrs
- PM Call 12:01-17:00hrs
- Evening Call 17:01-22:00hrs (If estimated build time is less than 4 hours)
Prior to KFP attending, you will receive a message confirming the team member's name so that you can be assured the person attending is genuine.
Play delivered to your garden is as easy as that!
Kent Flatpack will aim to complete your installation within 7-10 days from the date of your order. We allocate dates based on the order the bookings are received and availability within your geographical area.

Availability
Here is a list of postcodes where we don't currently provide the build service:
Shetland Islands: ZE1, ZE2, ZE3, ZE4 and ZE5
Orkney Islands: KW15, KW16 and KW17
Stornoway & Hebrides Islands: HS1, HS2, HS3, HS4, HS6, HS6, HS7, HS8 and HS9
Isle of Man: IM1, IM2, IM3, IM4, IM5, IM6, IM7, IM8 and IM9
Isles of Scilly: TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24 and TR25.

In the unlikely event that parts are missing or broken on the day of the build, please contact us.
Cancellations
If, after paying for your build service, you decide you no longer wish to have the item assembled for ANY reason after the booking is scheduled. There will be a £45 fee deducted from the initial build service amount you have paid.
